Every property shoot includes both landscape and portrait versions of the video. Landscape is ideal for property listing websites and email campaigns, while portrait is ready to post on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.
Within 2 clear business days of filming. We edit and deliver your finished videos ready to upload to your listing and post on social media. If you have an urgent listing going live sooner just let us know when booking and we'll do our best to accommodate.
The with agent package includes a piece to camera from the agent. Ideal for building the agent's personal brand alongside the property. The no agent package is a property walkthrough only, which suits listings where the focus is purely on showcasing the home.
The Campaign Package includes a landscape video of the property without the agent for use on listing platforms like realestate.com.au, a portrait version for social media which can be used as a Just Listed style post, an agent walkthrough of the property with the agent talking through the features and benefits for social media, and a Just Sold portrait video for use on socials when the property is sold. All captured in one 90 minute session.
Only if you've booked a package that includes an agent piece to camera. For the no agent package we just need access to the property. The agent doesn't need to be on site.
Videos are delivered as MP4 files. Landscape in 16:9 format for listing websites and portrait in 9:16 for social media. Both versions are ready to upload immediately with no extra formatting required.
